Refund policy

We have a 35-day return policy, which means you have 35 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resellable condition—this means it should be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. The product must be in the same condition you received it, without any damage or signs of use. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes items that are discounted by 30% or more.

  • 35-DAY RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 35 days of delivery following the return process described below. For items you no longer need or if you ordered the wrong product, we will refund the entire order amount to your original payment method but you need to cover the return shipping charges. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

For defective products, kindly send us a picture of the defect, and we will send you a new item at no additional cost.

The product should not be used. Once we have received the product, we will refund the order amount on the card you used when you made the purchase.

  • RETURN PROCESS

Please submit product return requests directly in our online store.

1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation.
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, then click Continue.
3. Enter the six-digit verification sent to your email (you may need to check your spam folder).
4. Select the order that you would like to return.
5. If your order has more than one item, select the items accordingly.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
7. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, you will be notified by email and could start arranging your return. At this time, return shipping labels are not provided by KINPUP and the client will bear the cost of the return shipment. Please send the item to be returned together with the packing slip received in its original packing in the original mailer box within 10 days after the return request is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@kinpup.ca  or call us at 778 863 2399.

  • RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

  • REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds Period
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, it usually takes 10 working days for the customer to receive a refund. We return the money to the customer’s card after receiving the goods.


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
