Size: XXS 10"-12" / XS 12"-14" / S 14”-16" / M 16"- 18" / L 18"- 20" / XL 20"- 22".

For proper size, measure the circumference of the dog's neck. Add 1/2" to allow some room between collar and neck.

We recommend cleaning your collar or leash with a damp cloth and add baking soda or dish soap. Rub it in. Rinse it clean. Air dry.

Orders will be processed within two business days.

Canada: Standard shipping costs CAD$15 for orders under CAD$150 and is free for orders of CAD$150 and above, with a delivery time of 3-9 business days

United States: Standard shipping costs US$20 for orders under US$150 and is free for orders of US$150 and above, with a delivery time of 4-8 business days 

Return

We offer a 35-day return period. Items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you no longer need the item or ordered the wrong product, you will need to cover the return shipping charges, and we will refund the order amount to your original payment method. 

Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes items that are discounted by 30% or more.
