Exterior Bag​

To preserve the appearance and quality of your leather bag, we recommend using a leather protector before using it for the first time. The leather protector will help protect the bag from stains and rain while maintaining its luster.

If your leather bag gets wet, gently wipe it with a dry cloth to remove excess water. Do not dry the bag in the sun or near a heat source, as this could damage the leather. To clean the leather bag, use a soft, slightly damp cloth and gently rub the surface. Do not use harsh chemicals or soap, as this could damage the leather.

Interior Bag

The interior bag can be machine washed in warm water, but we do not recommend using the dryer. Hang the bag to air dry.

Driven by the desire to have Arnold by her side during every adventure—whether it be a city stroll, a restaurant outing, or a road trip—Noémie realized that suitable transport bags for small dogs were scarce. This sparked a pivotal question: “How can I create a timeless and durable transport bag for my dog that also offers elegance and practicality for all small dog lovers?”

Thus, Arnold&Co was born. Over the years, Noémie dedicated herself to developing high-quality products that meet the needs of dogs and their owners, infused with a touch of timeless style. Her partner later joined the journey, bringing fresh perspectives to their mission. Together, they aimed to elevate the experience of dog accessories into a celebration of craftsmanship and passion.

Orders will be processed within two business days.

Canada: Standard shipping costs CAD$15 for orders under CAD$150 and is free for orders of CAD$150 and above, with a delivery time of 3-9 business days

United States: Standard shipping costs US$20 for orders under US$150 and is free for orders of US$150 and above, with a delivery time of 4-8 business days 

Return

We offer a 35-day return period. Items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you no longer need the item or ordered the wrong product, you will need to cover the return shipping charges, and we will refund the order amount to your original payment method.
